Providing two independent signals in a single
rack-mount cabinet, the model D310 covers 100-kHz
to 310 MHz with 0.1-Hz resolution on each
channel. Specifications include frequency
switching speed of 20 µs or better, phase
noise at 310 MHz of –115 dBc/Hz with 1-kHz
offset, and spurious outputs of –70 dBc or
better.
Each of the unit's channels is controlled via a
separate 50-pin interface. (From
