Device measures only 0.25 (Dia) x 1.40-in. and delivers 4 mA

Targeting space-constrained illumination applications like boresight lighting and handheld display backlights, the 0.25 (Dia) x 1.40-in. BXA-12576 inverter provides an output of 800 Vac at 105 kHz at up to 4 mA. Representing a major reduction in size over previous devices, the inverter enables CCFL lamps as small as 2 x 25 mm to be used for high brightness in confined spaces.

Input voltage is 12 Vdc at 150 mA, and operating temperatures is as high as 25°C. The inverter can power miniature cold- and hot-cathode lamps as well as UV fluorescent lamps. (From $9 ea/1,000stock.)
