17-in. modules can be assembled into any shape or size
Using an optical design that eliminates subpixellation and image breakup associated with standard LED and plasma monitors when viewed too close, the 345.8 x 257.6 x 220.0-mm ITrans 17-in. display modules can create displays of nearly any shape or size, including vertical or horizontal banners. Having a contrast ratio of greater than 10:1 in an ambient light environment of 10,000 lux, the displays have a brightness as high as 2,200 nits with a standard backlight, and up to 4,000 nits with a custom backlight.
Presenting a viewing angle of 160°, each module has a pixel size and pitch of 1.695 mm, even across the panel gap, and can be used in landscape or portrait orientation. All active components are user replaceable.
Power consumption is 120 W at 2,200 nits, and operating temperature is from 0° to 40°C. (From less than $50,000 for a multimodule display�available now.)
