The SpacePC 146x ruggedized 800 MHz PC/104+ CPU cards employ a ULV Pentium III processor and an Intel 815E chipset. The boards incorporate a heat spreader plate so sealed embedded systems can reliability operate from -40° to 85°C without a fan.
