MEMS XOs generate
up to 125 MHz
Developed using silicon MEMS technology, the SiRes SiTxxx fixed-frequency and SiT8002 programmable oscillator families generate frequencies between 1.000 to 125.000 MHz at optional frequency tolerances of ±50 or ±100 ppm at –40° to 85°C or 0° to 70°C. The parts are housed in QFN packages and contain a CMOS driver IC and MEMS resonator.
In addition, they are available in four package sizes from 5.0 x 7.0 x 0.85 mm down to 2.0 x 2.5 x 0.85 mm. (Less than $0.50 ea/prod qty�prod qty, September 2006.)
