High-speed optocouplers meet industrial needs
The ACPL-332J and ACPL-331J high-speed IGBT optocouplers suit industrial inverter and power management applications such as IGBT/power MOSFET gate drives, ac and brushless dc motor drives, and UPSs. Active Miller clamping eliminates the need for a negative gate drive.
