Input op amps go easy on battery consumption

Operating from 2.5 to 5.5 V, the TSV911/12/14/91/92/94 CMOS input op amp family consumes only 780 µA at 2.5 V. The TSV911/2/4 parts offer an 8-MHz gain-bandwidth and are unity-gain stable for capacitive loads up to 200 pF while the TSV991/2/4 offer a 20-MHz gain-bandwidth product for gain of 3 or above.

Other key features of all op amps include an input bias current of 1 pA and internal protection against ESD of 5 kV or better. Operating temperature is –40° to 125°C and housing is in SOT23-5, SO8, MSO8, TSSOP14, and SO14 ECOPACK packages. (From $0.36 ea/1,000—available now.)
