Active doubler comes in QFN package

Housed in a RoHS-compliant QFN package the XX1001-QK active doubler operates over 18 to 21 GHz and 36 to 42 GHz, delivers 25-dB ouput power, has a fundamental rejection of 50 dBc, and includes gain control.
