Half-bricks target RFPA apps

Available in versions providing 30.2 Vdc at 250 W and 28.2 Vdc at 310 and 350 W, the PKJ 4000 Series of dc/dc converter are intended for use in RFPA applications. The open-frame RoHS-compliant devices accept an input from 35 to 75 Vdc and use a metal-to-metal base plate system for high thermal conductivity, electrical isolation, and mechanical strength.

Features include a 1,500-Vdc I/O isolation, with output overvoltage, input undervoltage, overtemperature, and output short-circuit protection as well as soft-start, remote sensing, remote control and output voltage adjust functions. (From $50 ea/large qty—available now.)
