The S4GTF4FM and S4GTF4FJ 4-Gbyte fully buffered-DIMM modules are designed for the latest Intel Xeon server boards based on the 5000P (Blackford) chipset.

The JEDEC-compliant DDR2 240-pin dual-rank modules are organized as 512 Mbits x 72 and run at 667 and 533 MHz, respectively. ($1,199 and $1,049−available now.)
