The compact Series 685B electronic vibration switch offers two setpoints with individual alert and alarm levels. In addition to two solid-state or form C relays, each sensing device provides a raw vibration output signal for spectrum analysis, a 4 to 20-mA output signal for overall vibration trending, a calibration feature for precise threshold setup, and dual openings for easy wiring installation.
The unit allows variable time delays to prevent false relay trips due to machine startup or temporary upset conditions, and can also respond to acceleration, velocity, or displacement. It is available in ac- or dc-powered versions. (Contact Andrea Mohn for pricing and availability.
