Comparators consume little power

Operating from 2.7 to 12 V and from 40 to 125°C, the LMH7220/LMH7322 single/dual comparators feature LVDS and RSPECL outputs. The TSOT-packaged LMH7220 consumes 6.8 mA at 5 V with a propagation delay of 2.9 ns and rise and fall times of 0.6 ns, while the LLP-packaged LMH7322 consumes 21 mA typ with sub-nanosecond propagation delay of 700 ps and dispersion of 5 ps at 100-mV overdrive.

The LMH7322 features an input common-mode range that extends 200 mV below the negative rail, and its adjustable hysteresis adds flexibility and minimizes state changes due to spurious noise.
