150-V MOSFET makes cooler converters

Targeting isolated dc/dc converters operating from an input of 36 to 75 V, the IRF6643PbF 150-V DirectFET MOSFET incorporates HEXFET technology and achieves a current rating of up to 35 A in an SMT footprint equal to an SO-8 package.
