High-speed optocoupler offers 15-kV/µs CMR

The company’s first 3.3-V 20-Mbaud photocoupler, the TLP2066 addresses isolation requirements and switching noise elimination in switching power supplies, instrument I/O, computer peripheral interfaces, high-speed disk-drive I/O, microprocessor system interfaces, bus drivers for networking applications, and high-speed logic systems. Measuring only 4.4 x 3.6 x 2.5 mm, the optocoupler provides a common-mode transient immunity ratio of 15 kV/µs.

Operating temperature range is –40° to 100°C. (3.3-V 20-Mbaud version, $1.50—samples available now.)
