Combining features offered in delta-sigma and SAR converters, the 24-bit CS5560/61 and 16-bit CS5570/71 and CS5580/81 A/D converters have conversion rates of 50, 100, and 200 ksamples/s and DNL errors of 0.2, 0.1, and 0.1 LSBs, respectively. The CS5560 offers an SNR of 110, the CS5561 104, the, CS5570 98, the CS5571 92, the CS5580 86, and the CS5581 80.
Other features include buffered high-impedance signal and reference inputs, a single 5-V or dual ±2.5-V analog supply, an operating temperature of 40 to 85C, and flexible serial digital interface with master/slave modes.
