Measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.220 in., the CVCO55CC-0827-0840 VCO operates from 827 to 840 MHz with a tuning-voltage range of 0.2 to 4.7 Vdc. The VCO features a typical phase noise of 124 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset.
