Epoxy cures at low temperatures

Useful for outdoor repairs and installations, a 6-mil-thick film of EP27 two-part epoxy resin will set in as little as 2 hr at 40°F, and will cure in 48 to 72 hr. Set up and cure times are even faster at indoor temperatures.

The epoxy has a non-critical 2 to 1 mix ratio by weight or volume and a low mixed viscosity (2,000 cps). It has high bond strength to metallic as well as non-metallic substrates and, when cured, provides long term resistance to immersion in aggressive solvents such as ethanol, toluene, butyl cellosolve, 70% sulfuric acid, 30% nitric acid, 50% sodium hydroxide, and bleaches.
