Leveraging an integrated crystal-based phase-locked loop (PLL), the C3430 frequency-controlled crystal oscillator (FCXO) enables designers to convert one input frequency into as many as four independent output frequencies to simplify clock distribution, The device is suited for use in wireline infrastructure, test and measurement, military applications, and wireless infrastructure.
Features include output frequencies from 10 to 700 MHz, phase noise of –75 dBc at 10 Hz, and jitter of less than 0.20 ps rms across 12 kHz to 20 MHz and less than 0.70 ps rms across 10 Hz to 100 kHz.
