VCO operates from 1 to 2 GHz

The CVCO55CW-1000-2000 VCO operates from 1 to 2 GHz with a control voltage range of 1 to 20 V. It offers a typical phase noise of 100 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset.

Pulling and pushing are minimized to 8.0 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively. Housed in an 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the VCO also features a second harmonic suppression of –10 dBc typical and an input voltage of 10.0 V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. ($10.39 ea/prod qty—available now.)
