Voltage reference boosts accuracy

The 3-ppm/C REF50xx temperature-drift CMOS voltage reference family has an output current of ±10 mA that provides accurate voltage reference to the A/D converter without an additional op amp buffer. Features include an accuracy of 0.05% max, a voltage noise of 7.5 µVp-p for 2.5-V output, and an output supply range of 0.2 to 18 V.
