Said to offer the best cost/performance ratio for fan control and universal motor control applications, the Z8F083A 8-bit microcontroller supports up to 8 Kbytes of flash memory and 256 bytes of register RAM. The chip has a 2.8-µs SAR A/D converter with up to eight-channels, and a 20-MHz internal precision oscillator.
