MicroTCA backplane fits cube enclosures

A MicroTCA backplane features one power module slot, one MicroTCA carrier hub, and six AdvancedMC slots. The backplane has a Star topology and fits in a 4-U-wide cube-style MicroTCA portable enclosure.

The backplane also sports a J-Tag switch module slot, and connections at the bottom for a cooling unit and at the top for temperature sensors. The 12-layer routing includes 12 ports, including fat-pipe lanes and allocations for PCIExpress traffic. (Less than $1,000—4 to 6 weeks ARO.)
