Voltage dividers suit high-precision circuits

Available with either the company’s Tantalum Nitride or Tantalum Ultride technology, the PFC voltage dividers suit ultra-precision, high-stability circuits. Both versions of the voltage divider are offered in a 1206 package compatible with automatic placement equipment.

The TaNFilm version features a resistance range from 10Ω to 150 kΩ, a power rating of 250 mW, maximum voltage rating of 100 V, absolute TCRs to ±25 ppm/°C, and TCR tracking to ±5 ppm/°C. The Tantalum Ultride version features a resistance range from 1 to 50 kΩ, a power rating of 50 mW, an absolute TCR to ±10 ppm/°C, TCR tracking to ±1 ppm/°C, and an absolute tolerance to ±0.02%.
