Targeting the growing M2M and SDR markets, the CMX7143 multi-mode data modem offers the ability to implement different wireless data schemes, when required. The chip offers 4-Level FSK operation and is configurable via special Function Image data files.
Features include 4.8 to 19.2-kbit/s data rates, AFSD (automatic frame sync detection), flexible raw and packet data modes, soft decision decoding, RSSI processing (for Listen Before Transmit Applications), and a C-BUS serial interface to the host microcontroller.
