RF front-end module is highly integrated

Suited for Wi-Fi products that comply with the IEEE 802.11n specification, the SE2593A RF front-end module provides a complete 2.4- and 5-GHz WLAN multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) RF solution including all of the circuitry required between the transceiver and the antennas. The device provides 19-dBm transmit power at 2.5 GHz and 16 dBm at 5 GHz.

It integrates power amplifiers, LNAs, a transmit and receive switch, diplexers, associated matching, and a power detector with a dynamic range of 20 dB. ($4.25 ea/10,000—available now.)
