Ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, the CVCO55CC-2500-2600 VCO operates from 2,500 to 2,600 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO is housed in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMT package and features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset, an input voltage of 5.0 V, and a current consumption of 35 mA max.

Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.50 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively. Second-harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typ. ($18.46 ea/prod qty—available now.)
