10-bit 150-ksps ADCs consume little power

The 10-bit 150-ksamples/s AS1528/1529 A/D converters offer fully differential and single-ended input, respectively, in an 8-pin TDFN package. The parts consume less than 350 μA at 3 V and 150 ksamples/s.

Features include a dc performance of ±0.275 LSB for INL and DNL, a gain error of ±0.25 LSB, and a THD of –79.5 dB. Both ICs operate from 2.7 to 5.25 V, generate an internal clock, and can also support an external clock for increased flexibility. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
