The AQ6375 Optical Spectrum Analyzer uses dispersive spectroscopy to measure a laser optical spectrum in the 1.2 to 2.4-µm range with high resolution and speed. Capable of measuring in the near-infrared band, it suits environmental as well as communication applications, not only for measuring the optical spectrum from semiconductor lasers, but also the ultra-wide-band spectrum of a supercontinuum source.

The unit has settable resolution between 0.05 and 2.0 nm, minimum optical spectrum receiving sensitivity of -70 dBm, and can measure the optical spectrum in the 0.1-µm wavelength span in 1 s or less. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
