Oscillators range over 1.54 to 80 MHz

Measuring only 2 x 2.5 mm, the MXH series oscillators come in a wide frequency range of 1.54 to 80 MHz. Features include supply voltages of 1.6 Vdc min, power consumption during full operation of 8 mA max, and a standby current of 30 μA.

Specifications include operating temperature from -40° to 85°C, frequency stability as tight as ±25 ppm, maximum startup time of 10 ms, rise/fall time of 4 ns, and aging rate of ±5 ppm for the first year. Waveform output is HCMOS compatible, and tri-state functionality comes standard. ($1.65 ea/1,000—14 weeks ARO.)
