Operating over a range of 8 to 52 MHz, the M610x series is a fully Stratum 3-compliant product, and the M611x series is a general-purpose TCXO/TCVCXO featuring ±0.3-ppm stability performance over −40° to 85°C. Both product families are available in 3.0-, 3.3-, and 5.0-V versions in a 5 x 7-mm package. Their specially processed crystals enable a phase noise of −155 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz for a 10-MHz TCXO.
