QFN sockets suit 0.5-mm-pitch ICs

Designed for 0.5-mm-pitch devices, the SG-MLF-7025 QFN sockets support 10-mm package sizes and operate at up to 10 GHz with less than 1 dB insertion loss. The sockets dissipate up to several watts without extra heatsinking and can handle up to 100 W with a custom heat sink.

Contact resistance is typically 23 mΩ per pin, operating temperature range is –35° to 100°C, pin inductance is 10.15 nH, and capacitance to ground is 0.10 pF. ($508—available now.)
