ATCA connector offers 12.5-Gbit/s data rates

The AdvancedMC AMC.0 B+ 170-circuit connector enables 12.5-Gbit/s NRZ signal transmission to support PIGMG AdvancedTCA industry specifications for next-generation mezzanine cards. Applications include telecommunications, computing, and IEEE 1386, as well as non-ATCA uses.

Crosstalk is less than 3% at 12.5 Gbits/s. The connector is constructed with an insert-molded wafer press-fit design and comes in three versions: standard, pegless, and extended height. (Contact company for pricing—6 to 8 weeks ARO.)
