SMT RGB LED has 150º viewing angle

Providing full color in applications with limited pc-board space, the OVSRRGBCC3 RGB LED has a 150° viewing angle. It consists of three separate diodes housed in a miniature 3.2 x 1.0 x 1.5-mm surface-mount package that lets the unit be mounted as a top- or side-emitting device and which is compatible with automatic pick-and-place equipment as well as infrared and vapor phase solder-reflow processes.

Typical intensities for the device are: red, 125 mcd; green, 300 mcd; blue, 75 mcd, Red has continuous forward current of 30 mA and a power dissipation of 78 mW while continuous forward current for the green and blue are 20 mA and power dissipation is 84 mW.
