The TRG30R series of 30-W external power supplies meets the July 2008, Level IV global energy requirements of the California Energy Commission and of Energy Star in a 4.24 x 2.27 x 1.32-in. package. The supply provides interchangeable ac input plugs.
The supply series has a 90 to 264-Vac input, and offers regulated single-output models ranging from 9 to 24 Vdc. Standby power consumption is less than 0.5 W, and efficiency is 75%. The operating temperature is 0 to 40C, with derated power through 60C. No minimum load is required. Ripple and noise is specified at 1% peak-to-peak maximum and units feature comprehensive protection circuitry. (Less than $20 ea/large qty available now.)
