Dc-only power relays handle up to 32 A

The CPC1718, CPC1727, CPC1779 and CPC1788 dc-only 1-Form-A solid-state power relays handle up to 32 A (25°C). Available in the self-isolated ISOPLUS-264 package, the relays have blocking voltages of 100, 250, 600, and 1,000 V, and RDS(on) of 0.075, 0.090, 0.400, and 1.250 Ω, respectively.
