Four configurations of the company’s sapphire dielectric trimmer capacitors have been qualified to the specifications of the current issue of MIL-PRF-14409. Designated the PC21, PC22, PC23, and PC24 Series, the capacitors come in four capacitance ranges.
Parts in the 0.3 to 1.2-pF range are designated by the ending letters J1R2, and parts in the 0.4 to 2.5-pF range are designated with endings J2R5. Devices rated 0.6 to 4.5 pF are designated with J4R5, and 0.8 to 8.0-pF capacitors are designated with K080. Rated voltage is 500 Vdc, dielectric-withstanding voltage is 1 kVdc, and operating temperature range is –55° to 125°C. ($8.26 to $11.74—ea/1,000—stock.)
