MIL-rated chip resistor suits high frequencies

Featuring the company’s proprietary self-passivating TaNFilm element, the PFC-HF MIL Series high-frequency chip resistor meets MIL-PRF-55342 requirements. The terminator suits applications including isolators, combiners, satellites, RF sensing, wireless communication, and RFID.

Available in 0603, 0805, and 1206 packages and characterized to 6 GHz, the chip resistor features power ratings of 100, 150, and 250 mW at 70°C, respectively. Tolerances are available to ±10%, ±5%, ±2%, and ±1%, and impedance values are either 50 or 75 Ω. ($2.75 ea/500—stock to 14 weeks ARO.)
