A parallel capability offered for the Smart-UPS VT three-phase power-protection line provides flexibility for capacity growth and redundancy, and is suitable for small data centers, large retail stores, regional offices, wiring closets, and applications with dense power requirements. Up to four UPS units can be connected in a parallel configuration in any combination of capacity and redundancy.

The UPS family, available in 10 to 40 kVA in 400 and 230 V, offers centralized uninterruptible power protection. The patented cool running three-stage inverter technology delivers high efficiency even when operating at less than 30% load.

Dual-mains input, automatic and maintenance bypasses, intelligent battery management and input PFC ensure that the power remains uninterrupted. The system offers hot-swappable batteries and enables customers to manage, monitor, and control the UPSs from anywhere on their network through a Web/SNMP interface.
