The FXS60IF1 VDSL2/ADSL2+ single-chip integrated front end (IFE) enables cost-effective multimode triple-play residential gateways. The chip is designed to meet DSL Forum’s stringent ADSL2+ and ADSL performance specifications and by integrating the xDSL line driver the chip reduces external components and cuts power consumption.
The FXS60IF1, in conjunction with a gateway processor such as the Fusiv Vx180, delivers a state-of-the-art solution for a residential gateway that meets the ITU-T standards for VDSL2, ADSL2+, ADSL2, and ADSL. The chip uses 5.25- and 2.5-V supplies. ($22 ea/10,000—samples available now.)
