With gull-wing or J-lead termination, the CS3304 Series momentary SMT tactile switch is offered in two actuator lengths to fit various design needs. The 6 x 2-mm2 switch is available in heights of 2.6 and 3.4 mm, is rated at 50 mA, 48 Vdc, features a contact resistance of less than 50 mΩ, and a dielectric strength of 1,000 Vrms.

Insulation resistance is greater than 100 MΩ, and actuation force is 160 gF (±50) with a travel of 0.25 mm (±0.1). Typical applications for the tactile switch include computer and computer peripherals, test and measurement equipment, consumer electronics, telecommunications, security, audio and medical.
