The AWT6224 dual-band HELP3 power amplifier is designed specifically for use in 3G dual-band handsets for EGSM network deployments worldwide, especially Europe. The PA supports both IMT (UMTS2100) and EGSM (UMTS900) band operations.
Features include a 20% efficiency at 16 dBm Pout (without dc/dc converter), a 40% efficiency at maximum Pout, and a quiescent current of 8 mA.
