Available in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the CVCO55CW-1000-1500 VCO operates from 1,000 to 1,500 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V and a typical phase noise of –95 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset. Input voltage is 3.0 V, with a max current consumption of 15 mA.
