The 4-channel DG604, the dual four-channel DG4052A, the 8-channel DG4051A, and the triple two-channel DG4053A analog multiplexers, as well as the quad SPST DG611A, DG612A, and DG613A analog switches, are suited for precision instrumentation applications. The parts combine an ultra-low-charge injection from 0.5 to 1.0 pC, low switch capacitance of 2 pF and 3 pF, leakage currents from 0.25 to 5 nA, and typical on-resistance from 66 to 72 Ω.
All of the devices operate from a 2.7 to 12-V single supply, or from ±2.5 to ±5.0-V dual supplies. They feature an extended operating temperature from −40° to 125°C, and are available in a variety of packages, including the 14- and 16-lead TSSOP, 16-pin narrow SOIC, and the space-saving miniQFN.
