Output drivers increase efficiency

Suited for industrial and process control applications, the AD5750 and AD5751 output drivers achieve an accuracy level of 0.1% TUE (total unadjusted error) under all operating conditions. The drivers offer packet-error checking (PEC) features, fault detection, and enhanced sensing capabilities.

Output drivers increase efficiency

The AD5750, which operates from dual ±12 to ±24-V supplies, has four output voltage ranges (0 to 5 V, 0 to 10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V) and five output current ranges (4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 24 mA, ±20 mA, ±24 mA), with 20% overrange capability. The AD5751 operates from a single 10.8 to 60-V supply and offers three output voltage ranges (0 to 5 V, 0 to 10 V, 0 to 40 V) and three output current ranges (4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 24 mA), with 20% overrange capability. Available in LFCSPs, the drivers also feature a 30-MHz SPI, power-on reset circuitry, and a temperature range −40° to 105°C. ($2.45 ea/1,000—samples now, prod qty, November.)
