The dual-channel SY89297U delay line IC can be serially programmed to provide just 5 ns of delay per channel while running up to 3.2 Gbits/s and 1.6 GHz. Multiple parts can be cascaded to generate even higher delay.
The device includes 3-pin serial programming to adjust signal delays. Offered in MLF packages, the device operates over 0° to 75°C and a supply voltage of 2.5 V ±5%.
