The DC1 fanless, intelligent display computer, or panel PC, uses an Atom processor at up to 1.6 GHz. The system features 1 Gbyt-e of RAM and a 4-Gbyte USB-controlled flash disk, uses only 20 W, and operates over –40° to 70°C.
The 262 x 333 x 55-mm unit comes standard with a 15-in. display, with options of 12 to 19 in., and employs conductive cooling between the electronics and the display. It has a 2-port 10/100 Ethernet switch and two USB host ports. ($3,132 — available now.)
