Designed for Satcom applications, such as high-power solid-state power amplifiers and very-small-aperture terminals, the Ku-band TGI1414-50L power amplifier operates in the 14.0 to 14.5-GHz range. The device features an output power of 47.0 dBm typ, with 42-dBm input power, linear gain of 8.0 dB typ and drain current of 5.0 A typ.
