VCO operates at 1 GHz

The CVCO55CX-1000-1000 VCO operates at 1,000 MHz with a control voltage range of 0 to 5 V. Features include a typical phase noise of –135 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an input voltage of 5.0 V with a max current consumption of 30 mA.

Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.05 MHz and 0.05 MHz/V, respectively. Packaged in the industry standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the VCO has a second-harmonic suppression of −10 dBc typ. (From $38.21 ea/prod qty — available now.)
