Downconverter RFICs offer wide IF bandwidth

Ideal for applications such as dual-density receivers where reduced PCB area is required, the HMC682LP6CE and the HMC683LP6CE dual-channel downconverter RFICs feature a wide IF bandwidth of 60 to 400 MHz, and operate from a single 5-V supply. The HMC683LP6CE covers the 700 to 1,000-MHz band, and delivers 23-dBm input IP3, 7.5-dB conversion gain, and 16-dB LO to RF isolation.

The HMC682LP6CE covers the 1,700 to 2,200-MHz band, and delivers 25-dBm input IP3, 6-dB conversion gain, and 25-dB LO to RF isolation. Both downconverters are housed in a 40-lead 6 x 6-mm QFN SMT packages, and feature differential IF outputs that interface directly with IF SAW filters and analog to digital converters.
