The PFE500F series of ac/dc full-brick power modules offers active current-share and remote on/off. It is a board-mounted solution with an output power of 504 W for industrial, datacom, and telecom equipment applications.

Up to six PFE500F modules can connect in parallel to accommodate increased power requirements and/or redundancy. The remote on/off control and inverter-operation-good functions provide flexibility in the startup or shutdown sequencing and diagnostics of the power system. An auxiliary output of 10 to 14 V at 20 mA is included in the modules for powering external circuits. The modules are available in 12-, 28-, and 48-V nominal outputs and can be adjusted over a ±20% range. ($228 ea/100 — available now.)
